Job Description:

Dr Pepper Snapple Group is seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a remote basis in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients while working from the comfort of your own home. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner- Resolve customer issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements:- Hardworking and motivated individual with a strong work ethic- Excellent research skills to find solutions to customer inquiries- Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and address their needs- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
