As a Customer Support Representative for Lockheed Martin based in Los Angeles, California, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working from the comfort of your own home. This is a full-time position at an Associate Level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities:1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.2. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and provide appropriate solutions.3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and troubleshoot issues.4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and accurately.5. Assist with processing orders, returns, and exchanges as needed.6. Document all customer interactions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes and procedures.
