Job Description:

HollyFrontier is seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Support Representative to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This is a full-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be reliable, able to work independently, and possess strong research and analysis skills.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner.2.
