Job Description:

Wyndham Worldwide is looking for a motivated and dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from home while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:1. Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution.3. Process returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies.4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.5. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.7. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department.8. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and concerns.9. Meet and exceed customer service goals and metrics.10. Handle challenging customer interactions with patience and empathy.

Requirements:1. 2 years of customer service experience.2. Hardworking and independent personality traits.3. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software.5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.6. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.7. Innovation and creativity in finding solutions to customer issues.8. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
