Customer Support Representative - Remote Work

As a Customer Support Representative for Alaska Air Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients from the comfort of your own home in San Antonio, Texas. This part-time Associate Level position requires at least 3 years of experience in a customer support role.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and addressing any concerns they may have.3. Troubleshoot technical problems with online booking systems and provide solutions to customers.4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.5. Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and promotions.

Requirements:1. Hardworking and resourceful individual who is dedicated to providing top-notch customer service.2. Proficiency in using customer support software and databases.5. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.6. Experience working remotely is a plus.7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
