Job Description:

Hilton Worldwide Holdings is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in a remote work capacity in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to start their career in customer support.

Responsibilities:1. Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist customers with booking reservations, addressing concerns, and resolving issues.3. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all guests.4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.6. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.7. Uphold Hilton's high standards of service and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:1. Hardworking and driven individual with a strong work ethic.2. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5. High school diploma or equivalent.6. Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home.7. Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required.
