AT&T is seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support.3. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, striving to exceed customer expectations.4. Requirements:1. Four years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.2. Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers.3. Driven and dedicated personality traits to excel in a fast-paced environment.4. Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills.5. Proficient in using customer service software and tools.6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
