Customer Support Representative Job Description:

Jabil Circuit is seeking a passionate and confident Customer Support Representative to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner- Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate and timely order processing- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues- Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions- Use negotiation skills to find mutually beneficial solutions for customers and the company

Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field- Strong people management skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
