Responsibilities
• Handle the onboarding of customers and ensure their success• Provide customer support and resolve issues with our service• Handle collections of past due customer accounts• Facilitate processes and workflows while ensuring compliance• Maintain records crucial for business operations• Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration• Experience in customer support and/or collections preferred• Experience working in a tech-savvy environment• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
