Job Description:

McKesson is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Support Officer to join our team in Washington, D.C. This is a part-time entry level position ideal for individuals who are looking to kickstart their career in customer support and gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating when necessary- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues- Assist with customer feedback collection and analysis to improve overall customer experience

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Confident and reliable with a positive attitude- Demonstrated leadership and research skills- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
