Job Description:

Qualtrics, a leading experience management company, is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team. This position is remote, allowing the successful candidate the flexibility to work from their home office in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, US. We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in customer support and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience at the mid-to-senior level.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing leadership, guidance, and training to ensure excellent customer service- Develop and implement customer support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention- Monitor customer interactions and provide feedback to team members for continuous improvement- Analyze customer support data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and ensure a seamless experience- Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- 8+ years of experience in customer support roles, with a proven track record of success- Hardworking and motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions to customer issues- Excellent communication and leadership skills- Experience in managing a team of customer support representatives- Proficiency in customer support software and CRM systems
