Job Description:

AECOM is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team in San Diego, California. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in customer support roles. The Customer Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing all customer support operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of customer support representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations- Develop and implement customer support processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to promote loyalty and retention

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field- Proven experience in a customer support management role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong leadership and team management abilities- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively- Reliable and confident personality traits- Strong strategic planning and emotional intelligence skills
