Customer Support Associate - Remote Work

Qualtrics is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate on a remote basis in San Diego, California. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

As a Customer Support Associate, your responsibilities will include:

1. Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat2. Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner3. Troubleshooting technical problems and providing solutions to customers4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions6. Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures7. Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and goals
