Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Customer Support Associate to join our team at eBay in Fort Worth, Texas. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but we are seeking individuals with excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat channels.2. Assist customers with any inquiries, issues, or complaints related to their purchases or account.3. Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate issues as needed.4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and policies to provide accurate information to customers.7. Participate in training sessions to improve customer service skills and knowledge.

Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.3. Ability to adapt to change and learn new processes quickly.4. Reliable and hardworking attitude.5. Must be able to work part-time hours.6. Must be located in Fort Worth, Texas, or willing to relocate.7. Must have the legal right to work in the US.8.
