Job Description:

Palantir Technologies is seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our team and work from home in San Diego, California. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support roles and possess a strong ability to adapt to new situations and be resourceful in finding solutions.

Responsibilities:- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat- Provide technical support to customers experiencing issues with our products- Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate to the appropriate team when necessary- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience- Assist in creating support documentation and training materials for customers- Continuously analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in our products and services- Cooperate with team members to achieve department goals and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience- 3+ years of experience in customer support roles- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proven ability to adapt to change and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Resourceful problem-solving skills- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite- Prior experience working remotely is a plus
