Job Description:
Essendant is seeking a part-time Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. We are looking for a hardworking and driven individual with at least 3 years of experience in a customer support role.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat- Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and general questions- Process returns and exchanges in a timely manner- Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements:- 3 years of experience in a customer support role- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively- Creativity and problem-solving skills- Strong presentation skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
