Job Description:

Alaska Air Group is seeking a passionate and adaptable Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Houston, Texas. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:1. Assist customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and providing general information about our services.2. Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.3. Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve complex customer issues and escalations.4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.5. Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends and potential areas for improvement.6. Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and promotions to better assist customers.

Requirements:1. 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.2. Strong time management skills to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.4. Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.5. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
