Autoliv, a leading automotive safety supplier, is seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Houston, Texas. This is a full-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.

As a Customer Support Assistant at Autoliv, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing technical support to our clients. You will interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Key responsibilities include:- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner- Providing technical support and guidance to customers- Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Assisting with product returns and exchanges- Identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance customer satisfaction- Handling escalated customer complaints and finding solutions

To excel in this role, you must be driven and independent, with strong people management and project management skills. The ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure is essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
