Republic Services is seeking a part-time Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Entry Level position, no specific years of experience are required, but the ideal candidate will possess a year of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in person- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a prompt and professional manner- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and escalations- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to accurately assist customers
Requirements:- Energetic personality with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to effectively communicate with customers- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
