Customer Support Agent / Order Entry

Full job description Express Employment is hiring for a Customer Service Representative/Order Entry position in the Maryville TN area.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am-5 pm Pay: $17-$21/hr, depending on experience Responsibilities: Maintain/ provide support for different accounts Receive and enter all orders for the customer Acknowledge ship dates and track progress Serve as the main customer contact for key accounts Maintain KPI's for key accounts (on time delivery, quality, etc...) Ability to look up and quote spare parts or necessary parts to customer Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of compressed air systems and associated components. Organize work tickets and production packages to be released to the floor for orders Maintain the highest degree of customer service. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree Preferred High School Diploma (with experience 3+ years of experience in Customer service) Strong data entry and organizational skills Self-starter with a high level of accountability, persistence and self-discipline Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to interface with all departments (engineering, production, customer service) Contact Makayla Smith at or submit your resume to .
