Job Description:

Kohl's is seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This position will be a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Success Specialist at Kohl's, you will be responsible for providing excellent support and service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries, issues, and feedback- Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems in a timely and efficient manner- Provide product recommendations and assistance with online ordering- Manage customer accounts and keep detailed records of interactions- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:- 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service- Independent and dedicated work ethic- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to problem solve effectively- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
