Customer Success Representative - Work From Home

Leucadia National is seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Success Representative to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a part-time, entry-level position that offers the flexibility to work from home. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests- Proactively reach out to customers to provide assistance and ensure their needs are met- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner- Educate customers on product features and best practices to maximize their success- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve overall customer experience- Utilize customer relationship management software to track and manage customer interactions

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or sales- Energetic and confident personality traits- Strong cooperation and decision-making skills- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities- High school diploma or equivalent- Access to a reliable internet connection and home office setup- Must be able to work independently and efficiently
