Job Description:
Credit Karma is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to work from home in Los Angeles, California. This role is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or related fields.
Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service to Credit Karma's users through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.2. Assist customers with account inquiries, technical support issues, and product education.3. Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are satisfied with their Credit Karma experience.4. Document all customer interactions accurately and in a timely manner.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.6. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.7. Stay up-to-date on product updates and changes to provide accurate information to customers.8. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics.
Requirements:1. Driven and resourceful individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service.2. Possess emotional intelligence and strong teamwork skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.3. Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and solving complex issues.4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.5. Proficient in using customer service software and tools.6. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.7. Flexible schedule to accommodate customer service hours.8. High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.
