Job Description:

Dr Pepper Snapple Group is seeking a part-time Customer Success Officer to join our team in San Francisco, California. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers through proactive communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth and act as a liaison between customers and the company.

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and support- Proactively communicate with customers to understand their needs and address any issues or concerns- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement- Develop and implement strategies to ensure customer retention and satisfaction- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and ensure their needs are being met- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions

Requirements:- 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Independent and dedicated work ethic- Strong attention to detail and creativity in problem-solving- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
