Job Description:
Mutual of Omaha Insurance is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to work remotely from New York City, New York. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their success and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact- Understand clients' needs, goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and support- Monitor and track client satisfaction and feedback, addressing any issues or concerns promptly- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and onboarding of new clients- Provide ongoing training and support to clients to maximize their use of our products and services- Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth- Drive retention and upsell opportunities by demonstrating the value of our offerings- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer success strategies
Requirements:- 8+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role- Motivated and energetic personality with strong interpersonal skills- Excellent time management and decision-making skills- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment- Experience working remotely and managing client relationships from a distance- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
