Job Description:
We are looking for a resilient and adaptable Customer Success Manager to join our team at Nationwide in Los Angeles, California. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer success roles, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success and satisfaction of our clients.
Responsibilities:- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns they may have- Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer retention and growth- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Create and deliver presentations to clients on a regular basis- Provide training and support to clients to help them effectively utilize our products and services
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field- Proven experience in a customer success or account management role- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
