Allied Wire and Cable, a GCG Company, is seeking passionate Customer Success Managers (CSM) to lead and inspire a group of dedicated Customer Success team members.

As Allied's CSM, you'll manage, develop, and coach a team of 8 to 12 Customer Success team members. You will focus on

delivering an industry leading customer experience while supporting the day-to-day work of your team, overseeing processes, systems, products, customers, and suppliers

. You will

motivate and inspire the members of the team by creating an inclusive and innovative culture

where each individual feels valued and thrives.

In this role, collaboration is key, as you will work closely with Territory Sales Managers, Business Development Representatives, and other sales leaders to achieve collective goals.

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement. While in office, you will work from Allied Wire and Cable headquarters in Collegeville, PA.

What you'll do

Collaborate with the VP Customer Success to set, meet, or exceed all critical KPIs for the teams, including:

Revenue and margin plans

Quotes and close ratios

New customer acquisition

Expansion of wallet share with existing customers through proactive approaches

Monitor the day-to-day work on the team to ensure that all team members are delivering an industry-leading customer experience

Function as the lead for Individual Contributors with respect to processes, systems, products, customers, and suppliers

Work with the Pricing Team to coach and support pricing discipline across the team

Motivate and inspires employees to do their best work by creating an inclusive and innovative culture where each individual feels valued and thrives

Stay current with new products, acquires and shares competitive knowledge

Demonstrate a curiosity mindset to seek creative solutions

Report industry trends, competitive pricing, and customer feedback to management

Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing across the organization

Participate in training and company meetings as required

Develop a team culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development, and high performance

Lead employees using a performance management and development process that provides an overall context and framework to encourage employee contribution and includes goal setting, feedback, and performance development planning

Partner with Human Resources to collaborate on a regular basis

Actively coach, counsel and implement corrective measures as necessary with timely monitoring and appraisal of progress with the partnership of Human Resources

Perform all other duties as assigned

What you'll bring

7-10 years of sales and industry experience

Experience with Salesforce CRM desired

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong computer skills

Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and mentor team members

Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze issues based on data

Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships, collaborating effectively

Adaptable to change and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Experience with data-driven business practices

Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Willingness to travel up to 10%
