We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Coordinator to join our team and ensure the delivery of exceptional service. As the first point of contact, you will handle inquiries with speed and accuracy, covering areas such as enrollment, eligibility, billing, and communication through phone, email, and fax. This role is crucial in building and maintaining robust relationships with clients by consistently providing reliable and accurate services to foster customer loyalty. You will also contribute to various special projects as part of a collaborative team effort.
Key Responsibilities:
Master key processes including enrollment, eligibility, billing, and technical procedures to effectively serve our clients.
Achieve first-call resolution for inquiries related to enrollment, eligibility, termination, and billing.
Provide general administrative support and process incoming applications while verifying eligibility.
Serve as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers, resolving any discrepancies swiftly on behalf of employers and employees.
Manage compliance documentation and ensure adherence to federal regulations.
Maintain accurate client records and support month-end reporting and other administrative tasks as required.
Assist other teams as needed, fulfilling tasks outside your regular duties to support continuous operations.
Take initiative in understanding client needs and increase your responsibilities under the guidance of the Account Manager.
Engage in departmental and company-wide initiatives, contributing to committees and events.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; further education is advantageous.
2-5 years of customer service experience.
Up to 1 year of experience in employee benefits (enrollment, eligibility, claims processing, billing) is preferred.
Knowledge of COBRA regulations is a plus.
