Customer Success Associate - Work From Home

Job Description:

Razorpay is looking for a part-time Customer Success Associate to join our team in Austin, Texas. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our clients by helping them navigate our products and services. This role will be remote, allowing you to work from home.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to answer inquiries and provide support- Onboard new customers and provide training on how to use our products effectively- Monitor customer usage and proactively reach out to address any issues or concerns- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure customer needs are being met- Identify opportunities for upselling products or services to existing customers- Track customer feedback and work with the relevant teams to improve our offerings- Maintain accurate customer records and update our internal systems with relevant information

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role- Motivated and confident individual with excellent communication skills- Strong people management and project management skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Comfortable working remotely and proficient in using various communication tools- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
