Job Description:

Corning is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Associate to join our remote team in Houston, Texas. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our clients through exceptional customer service and relationship management. This position is perfect for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in customer success.

Responsibilities:1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact for all inquiries and issues.2. Proactively anticipate customer needs and provide solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.4. Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to educate customers on the features and benefits of our products.5. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for product improvements.6. Assist in the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition to our platform.7. Monitor customer accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.8. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and retention goals set by the company.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.2. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.7. Resilient and adaptable personality traits.8. Strong people management and teamwork skills.
