Mattel is seeking a hardworking and confident Customer Success Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work from home and assist our customers with any inquiries or issues they may have about our products and services. Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints effectively- Educate customers on product features and benefits to enhance their overall experience- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention- Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in our products and services- Assist in maintaining customer records and updating databases with relevant information
Requirements:- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment- Passion for customer service and a desire to help others- Innovation and creativity in finding solutions to customer issues- People management skills to effectively handle customer interactions
