Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and reliable Customer Success Assistant to join our team at American Financial Group in Washington, D.C. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Assisting with customer onboarding and training sessions- Proactively reaching out to customers to ensure they are satisfied and engaged with our services- Managing customer accounts and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer success initiatives- Conducting regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement- Supporting the Customer Success Manager in developing and executing strategic plans for customer retention and growth- Participating in project management activities to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience

Requirements:- Passion for providing exceptional customer service- Reliability and strong work ethic- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to think strategically and contribute to project planning- Prior experience in customer success, sales, or a related field is preferred- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
