Job Description:

Monsanto is seeking a part-time Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer success roles. The successful candidate should be independent and resourceful, with strong people management and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:- Assist the Customer Success team in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction- Conduct analysis on customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and concerns- Provide support to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat- Help coordinate and execute customer training programs and workshops- Assist with the development of customer success strategies and initiatives- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field- 4+ years of experience in customer success or a similar role- Strong people management and communication skills- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
