Job Duties: Assist in implementing/ training/ coaching/ refining the department's customer service approach Some needs might include creating call scripts, helping communication style, assisting in how to write Q&A messages to franchise owners across the country, create standardize/ friendly responses with certain tickets and questions Create reports within Excel to track data and trends to identify where effort is most needed Work with team managers on best practices and more Must have: Strong customer service background with experience coaching and training employees Experience creating, implementing, and improving processes within a customer service environment Proficient in Excel Why choose Addison Group? · Pay: We negotiate high salaries using the US Bureau of Labor Statistics.
