Job Description:

Fannie Mae is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to work remotely from home. The ideal candidate will be energetic, confident, adaptable, and possess strong presentation skills. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and assisting with inquiries and issues related to Fannie Mae products and services.

Responsibilities:- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner- Providing information on Fannie Mae products and services to customers- Assisting customers with troubleshooting technical issues and escalations- Processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges- Resolving customer complaints and issues with a high level of customer satisfaction- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met- Participating in training programs and continuous learning to stay updated on products and services

Requirements:- 1 year of customer service experience- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities- Ability to work independently in a remote environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
