Requirements Strong background in photography or other photographic industry Minimum 1 year Business-to-Business Customer Service experience Experience taking inbound phone calls and making outbound phone calls to clients Proficient in assisting clients via the phone without relying on a script Experience communicating to clients via email Proficient in Photoshop and computer skills Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute Competencies Empathetic Problem Solver Demonstrates Initiative Flexible Photoshop and/or Lightroom Enthusiast e4 Positive People Person Detail Oriented and ability to Multitask Team Player Comes with a side of perks Be cool at work - Work in modern, well-lit, clean, and climate-controlled production facility.
