Seaboard is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. This is a remote work position based in Los Angeles, California.
Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and chat- Providing information about products and services, as well as resolving any issues or complaints- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and accurate manner- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Analyzing customer feedback and trends to make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:- 2 years of customer service experience- Hardworking and driven personality- Strong teamwork and analysis skills- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
