Job Description:

Pacific Life is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels including phone, email, and in person interactions- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and provide suggestions for enhancements- Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers- Contribute to a positive and innovative working environment by actively participating in team meetings and discussions

Requirements:- Confident and passionate personality traits- Strong teamwork and creativity skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software- High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
