Bed Bath & Beyond in Dallas, Texas is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a leading retailer in the home goods industry, our company is committed to providing exceptional customer service and a positive shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who is resourceful, reliable, and possesses excellent communication and adaptability skills.
Responsibilities:- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner- Provide product information and recommendations to customers- Process transactions accurately and efficiently- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner- Handle returns and exchanges according to company policy- Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean and organized store environment- Assist with restocking merchandise and maintaining visual displays- Participate in training to stay current on products and promotions- Contribute to a positive work culture and environment
Requirements:- 3 years of experience in customer service or retail- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively- Must be resourceful and reliable- Basic computer skills- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed- A commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainable practices
