Responsibilities
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions• Inspect storage units for inventory and availability• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits• Keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks• Work independently at multiple locations• Sell packing and moving supplies• Walk in/around facilities spending up to 50% of time outdoors• Transport/lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
Requirements
• Experience in customer service-centered sales environments• Valid driver's license and own vehicle required• Ability to travel between different work locations• Ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing stairs and opening large doors
