• Work independently at multiple locations• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions• Sell packing and moving supplies• Inspect storage units to confirm inventory and availability• Handle cash drawers and make bank deposits• Keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks• Transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds• Walk in/around facilities, including climbing stairs and opening large doors• Maintain exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris
Requirements
• Experience in customer service centered sales environments• Valid driver's license and own vehicle for transportation• Ability to lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds• Physical ability to walk in/outdoor environments, climb stairs, and open large doors
