Responsibilities
• Work independently at multiple locations• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions• Perform daily storage unit inspections• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits• Help keep customers current with payments• Make reminder and collection calls• Transport, lift, and move items weighing up to 35 pounds• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks• Walk in/around facilities spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments• Maintain exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris
Requirements
• Experience in customer service centered sales environments• Valid driver's license and own vehicle for travel• Ability to lift and move items up to 35 pounds• Physical stamina for walking and performing tasks• Attention to detail for inspections and audits
