Responsibilities
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions• Sell packing and moving supplies to customers• Inspect storage units daily to confirm inventory and availability• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits• Keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks• Transport and lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds• Walk in/around facilities spending up to 50% of time outdoors• Maintain exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris• Work independently at multiple locations
Requirements
• Experience in customer service-centered sales environments• Valid driver's license and own vehicle for transportation between locations• Ability to lift/move items up to 35 pounds• Physical ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks• Comfortable with spending time outdoors and climbing stairs• Attention to detail in auditing and cash handling• Strong communication and customer service skills• Ability to work independently
