Palantir Technologies is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to work from home in Fort Worth, Texas. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is necessary; however, candidates should possess a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. The ideal candidate will be resilient and passionate, with excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Assist customers with product information, orders, and issue resolution- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores

Requirements:- 1 year of customer service experience preferred- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Must be comfortable working from home and have a reliable internet connection- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software is a plus
