Duties as an Customer Service Representative: Collaborate with management staff to stay updated on new products, services, sales promotions, and policies
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
Provide effective solutions and support to ensure that no customer is left dissatisfied

Requirements as an Customer Service Representative: High School Diploma or GED
Experience in customer service, retail, or sales
