Customer Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

HD Supply Holdings is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote work position based in San Jose, California. As an Associate-level Customer Service Representative with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive and proactive attitude- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies- Adhere to company guidelines and standards for customer service

Requirements:- At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and confidently- Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically- Leadership qualities and ability to take initiative- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent
