What We Offer
Comprehensive Training Program: Begin your journey with us through an extensive training program designed to gear you up for success. The training covers classroom learning, self-directed studies, and practical, hands-on experience. Initially, training will take place on-site in Goodyear, AZ, covering:
Month One: Full-time (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Month Two: ¾ time with varied hours
After training, you will transition to a flexible, remote, part-time schedule (25-29 hours weekly) with varied days and times.

Role Responsibilities
Act as the frontline voice of our company, consistently delivering top-tier customer service.
Provide timely, professional, and personable responses to a broad audience, including product owners, service partners, and dealers.
Navigate multiple software systems with ease, entering data accurately while engaging customers.
Troubleshoot product issues, educate customers on product use, and ensure a satisfactory resolution to enhance their experience with our luxury appliances.
Engage in meaningful negotiations, always aiming for resolutions that serve both customer satisfaction and company interests.
Who We Are Looking For
Educational Background: High school diploma or GED is required. Advanced degrees or coursework are beneficial but not mandatory.
Experience: At least one year of customer service experience is essential, preferably in product support.
Skills:
Strong problem-solving and negotiation capabilities.
Excellent customer service demeanor, with a professional communication style.
Ability to multitask effectively across various platforms.
Location: Must reside within 100 miles of Goodyear, AZ, and be able to attend in-person training as scheduled.
Additional Information
This role requires the ability to work remotely after the initial training period. Flexible availability is needed as days and hours may vary weekly.
