Job Locations: 227212 Rib Mountain Drive, Wausau, WI 54401
Hours: Monday - Friday between 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM and rotating Saturdays 8:45 AM - 12:15 PM (20-25 hrs/wk)

What does a Customer Service Representative do? As our Customer Service Representative, you'll provide service excellence to help customers achieve their financial dreams. You'll do that by collaborating with our customers to help them process various financial transactions while recommending products and services that fit their needs - always providing customers with a friendly welcoming experience.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Customer service, cash handling and/or sales experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash-handling. Good computer skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
