Job summary
Customer Service Representative (Call Center Representative)Location: Woodbridge, VAProvide customer service support in a high volume call center
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Answer customer calls and respond to inquiries and requests• Conduct account research and apply changes to customer accounts• Navigate customer accounts using Cayenta software• Recalculate basic bill charges and create routine service orders• Assist customers with creating online accounts and passwords• Follow company policies and procedures• Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• Ability to answer/process large volume of phone calls in a call center• Comprehend and follow company policies and procedures• Demonstrate customer service skills and use call flow process• Apply problem-solving skills and perform basic math calculations• Possess keyboarding skills and navigate computer software programs• Have excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills• At least one year of high call volume call center experience• High school diploma or GED
Key Skills Needed
