Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:Eide Chrysler St. Cloud is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Waite Park, Minnesota. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers in the auto industry. This is a full-time position with a base salary plus commission, providing a potential for high earnings.Compensation & Benefits:The compensation for this role is a competitive salary of $60,000 to $80,000+ per year, paid biweekly. In addition, our full-time employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k retirement plan, paid time off, and employee discounts.Responsibilities:Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional mannerAct as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and concernsProvide information about products and services offered by the dealership's service departmentConduct follow-up calls with customers to ensure satisfaction with their service experienceResolve customer complaints or issues with a high level of empathy and professionalismMaintain and update customer records in the company databaseCollaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient customer service processesMeet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the dealershipAssist with administrative tasks as neededRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferredPrevious customer service experience in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a busy work environmentKnowledge of the automotive industry is not needed, we will trainWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsEEOC Statement:Eide Chrysler St. Cloud is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
